Wormfarm Institute / Fermentation Fest

Wormfarm Institute is dedicated to integrating culture and agriculture, and is an evolving laboratory of the arts and ecology. Fermentation Fest is a yearly event organized by Wormfarm which combines classes about fermentation of all kinds with art and music, including a biannual “DTour” — a self-guided tour through the rural Wisconsin countryside with art installations integrated into the landscape along the route. Fermentation Fest has garnered national acclaim and attracts artists and visitors from far afield, bringing rural and urban communities together.
